Refund Policy

Eligibility: Refunds are available only for paid community services or memberships in the unlikely event of a material failure on our part, such as technical issues preventing access or cancellation by GIP.
Process: Refund requests must be submitted to connect@globalinstituteofpeople.org within 14 days of purchase, along with proof of payment.
Non-Refundable Services: Accessed digital content, downloaded resources, and completed services are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

Global Institute of People (GIP) retains all intellectual property rights in the original content, materials, and resources made available through its website and professional community platform.

This may include, but is not limited to:

Written articles, publications, and informational content
Visual materials, graphics, and design elements
Digital resources and community communications
Recorded discussions, interviews, or community events (where applicable)
Branding elements, logos, and proprietary frameworks
Any other original content created or shared by GIP for community and informational purposes

No part of these materials may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of Global Institute of People (GIP).

All content is protected under applicable copyright laws and international treaties. GIP reserves all rights, including the rights to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative works from its original materials. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
