OUR HISTORY

  • The Global Institute of People (GIP) was established in 2024 with a vision to create a focused, independent professional community for C-level executives and senior leaders.

  • GIP began as a founder-led initiative aimed at bringing experienced professionals together through recognition, engagement, and shared leadership dialogue. Headquartered in the United States, the organization was formed to respond to the growing need for trusted peer networks where executives can exchange perspectives, build visibility, and participate in meaningful professional association.

  • As the community evolved, GIP shifted its focus toward developing a private, invite-only executive membership model. This model emphasizes internal professional recognitions, leadership appreciation, and community participation, rather than formal education or regulated certification programs.

  • Since its inception, GIP has remained committed to responsible growth, transparency, and community-building. Our efforts are centered on fostering a supportive ecosystem where senior professionals can connect, collaborate, and contribute to a shared global leadership network—without positioning ourselves as an academic institution or accredited certification provider.
