Doug Webster
The Honorable Doug Webster is a Principal with TFC Consulting. He is a retired Air Force officer with a subsequent quarter century both working in and consulting to the federal government. He has served as Director of Risk Management at USAID and Deputy Director of the DoD Business Transformation Agency. As a Senate-confirmed Presidential appointee, he has served as CFO of both the Department of Labor and the Department of Education.
He is pioneer in Enterprise Risk Management in the federal government, having introduced the topic to the White House in 2008, established the first federal interest group in ERM that same year, led the founding of the the Association for Federal Enterprise Risk Management (AFERM) in 2011, and developed and taught the inaugural ERM course for George Washington University.
Dr. Webster also developed the concept of Value Based Management (VBM) which guides organizations to integrate concepts of strategic planning, performance management, financial management, risk management, and organizational change management to optimize the delivery of products and services to key stakeholders.
Dr. Webster has co-authored or co-edited four books, including Chasing Change: Building Organizational Capacity in a Turbulent Environment (2009), Managing Risk and Performance: A Guide for Government Decision Makers (2014), and Value Based Management in Government (2020). He has authored journal articles on ERM and VBM, is a frequent conference speaker on these topics, and is an elected Fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration.

Sarah Adenaike
I am an accomplished ICA-certified professional with a robust background in financial services, legal, and regulatory compliance, complemented by a first-class Master’s degree in Financial Regulation and Compliance. My career is defined by a commitment to excellence, recognised by the International Compliance Association for outstanding performance in compliance practices.
With extensive international experience across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East, I have developed a nuanced understanding of diverse regulatory environments and financial crime challenges. My versatile, solution-focused approach has enabled me to lead successful compliance initiatives, craft comprehensive training programs, and establish assurance frameworks that enhance organisational resilience.
As a best-selling author of "Things University Doesn’t Teach You," I am passionate about bridging the gap between academic knowledge and real-world application. I engage in speaking opportunities that inspire and empower individuals and organisations to navigate complex issues effectively.
I am particularly excited about the opportunity to join the Global Institute of People as a board member, as I believe in the power of collaboration to drive meaningful impact. My dedication to fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and my proven ability to lead teams under regulatory pressures make me a valuable asset to the board. JEAN JOSEPH JACOBER
Jean J. Jacober has an international track record in company turnarounds and rapid concept implementation in the consumer goods industry. He is currently a Partner at E‑Sunscience Co. Ltd. in Taipei, responsible for international business. In recent years, he has advised multiple private‑equity‑owned consumer brands on strengthening and expanding their global brand equity.
He previously served as Chairman of Hanro AG and as Vorstand Sales & Marketing for Huber Holding, one of Europe’s oldest textile groups. For Investcorp, he was President and CEO of Groupe Horloger Breguet, where he led a full turnaround and drove strong worldwide growth,
resulting in the successful sale of the company to the Swatch Group. As COO of Patek Philippe, he significantly reinforced the brand’s global market share and financial performance. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at RJR Nabisco and Procter & Gamble.
Jean served on several international boards for multinational companies. He holds a business diploma from Ecole des Cadres Lausanne and a Master’s degree in Public Communications from Fordham University, along with SEP+ executive diplomas from Stanford Graduate School of Business and the Stanford Seed Program (Africa, 2017–2018).
A former professional football player with Neuchâtel Xamax (1967–1973), he also competed in Ironman races from 1987 to 2010.

Anicetus Fernando is a seasoned executive with extensive experience leading complex business transformations across multiple industries, including Manufacturing & Distribution, Financial Services, Healthcare, High-Tech, and Managed Services. He has held interim C-suite roles including CEO, CIO, CTO, and CISO, and is recognized for building high-performing teams, driving strategic growth, and implementing innovative technology solutions.
Anicetus brings a proven track record advising global clients such as General Dynamics, Sun Microsystems, Flowserve, Fender, PepsiCo, Willis Towers Watson, Church’s Chicken, and Twitch, delivering impactful solutions in business strategy, digital transformation, and risk management. He is a trusted leader in areas including supply chain strategy, ERP & EMR systems (Oracle, SAP, Dynamics, Epic, Cerner), ServiceNow architecture and AI integration, business process management, and M&A due diligence.
He holds an MBA in Marketing from Western Michigan University and an Executive MBA in Finance & Supply Chain from the University of Texas. His professional certifications include C|CISO, PMP, CSM, SAFe Agilist, ITIL V3, Six Sigma Green Belt, and ServiceNow GRC/IRM Specialist.
