The Global Institute of People (GIP) is a dynamic organization established in 2024 with a clear vision:
To elevate the standards of leadership and professional excellence globally. While relatively new, GIP is already making waves with its innovative approach to executive education, community building, and networking opportunities.

Leading GIP is its Founder and President, Ahmer Hilal Shah, a visionary leader with two master’s degrees from ENEB Spain—an MBA and a Master in Business Intelligence. Ahmer’s passion for education, innovation, and global connection drives his work at the Institute. He is also the founder of the Heartt community, a platform  currently developing a new global language aimed at uniting 1 billion people worldwide. His initiatives reflect a deep commitment to empowering individuals and building impactful communities.

Currently he is looking for Unicorn Scientists  it is a new term he coined for his institute in search of scientists who can work on the project of Unicorns Researched and Studied by Dubai Institute Of People.
